The Community Journal discusses issues related to weight loss, fitness, nutrition and health supplements.
However, it also answers questions that have been sent in, which will also apply broadly to others in the same situation.
It allows you to interact as much or as little as you would like with others around issues about good nutrition and healthy lifestyles.
If you see an issue that you want to discuss, or make a point about, just click on the link that says "What You Think". We do screen the comments for spam, however, otherwise your comments are uploaded uncensored.
So the Community Journal, is there for those who just want to lurk, but it's also there for those who have an enquiring mind, who want to reach out to others spreading the good nutrition, good health message, but also to be informative and to fulfill your needs at this time.
