Low Fat Banana Bread In The Breadmaker
Want to know how to make low fat banana bread without the hassle. If you have a breadmaker, nothing could be easier.
If you don't have a bread maker, then it will be a little more labor intensive. You can still make it though, you just have to make the dough, knead it, put it in a warm sunny place to rise. When it has risen, need it again, then put it in the oven to bake.
If however, you do have a breadmaker, then all you need to do is put the below ingredients into your breadmaker and set it on the basic function.
Breadmaker Low Fat Banana Bread
Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Applesauce
50 ml Low Fat Low Sugar Fruit Yogurt
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Teaspoon Yeast
4 Over Ripe Bananas
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Method:
1. Place eggs, applesauce and yogurt together in the breadmaker's mixing bowl and set onto beat until the mixture is combined.
2. Mash the bananas in a bowl thoroughly and then add them to the breadmaker's mixing bowl.
3. Add the flour, yeast and cinnamon to the mixing bowl and select the basic bread-making option.
4. When the baking cycle has finished, remove the mixing / baking dish from the unit and allow to cool.
5. Cut thickly and serve.
