RSS nutrition news and website updates has arrived at Savvy Fat Burning Food. Actually, if you're new to Savvy Fat Burning Food, the RSS updates have been available for a while.
Some of you may have noticed the appearance of strange looking buttons on the website, like this
.
These buttons represent what is called an RSS feed. Without getting too technical, an RSS feed allows you to see exactly when I've put new information on the website.
To get access to these updates, you have to do what is called subscribe to the RSS feed.
How do I subscribe to an RSS Feed ? Is it free ? Do I have to be a computer whiz ?
Yes, it's completely free. It does not require that you give any information or payment. It's very simple to subscribe.
What you need to do to subscribe is to select an appropriate RSS reader (like a browser, but for RSS) and add the feed to it. Every time I update the website, you'll know about it automatically.
If you'd like to get these updates, then go to this page containing instructions on how to setup an RSS reader (free) appropriate to you, and how to subscribe to the Savvy Fat Burning Food RSS nutrition news and website updates.
If by chance you no longer want to receive the RSS nutrition news and website updates and don't want to subscribe, all you'd have to do is delete the RSS feed in your RSS reader, or just not open your RSS reader. It basically means, I'm not talking to you if you don't want to be talked to.
If you like receiving these updates, then, why not spread the word about nutrition. Tell someone you know who is interested in health and nutrition and wants to lose weight, and let them know that they can receive free information through the RSS nutrition news and website updates.
You'll find that when you do this, you and your friends or family can actively (if you so desire) comment on the content within the feeds. You can ask questions, and I will respond with a comment in the Community Journal afterwards. You can even help someone else through commenting on a particular issue that has been raised.
