Training Packages That Achieve Your Goals !

When you book a session with one of our personal trainers, we'll finalise your goals with you over the phone.

1 hour in-home personal training session

This session will be tailored to your individual goals and the trainer will create a fun and safe exercise routine for you to complete in your own home or other desired meeting place.

1 hour in-home assessments

The one hour assessment is compulsory for all new clients and will involve your personal trainer sitting down with you to fully understand you and your situation. Your trainer will take your blood pressure, we ask that you do not do any exercise an hour before the assessment and do not drink any coffee or consume other stimulants an hour before the assessment. This will allow your trainer to get as accurate as possible blood pressure reading.

Your personal trainer will also perform measurements and tests as appropriate for your goals.

Please wear lose clothing for these assessments.

Depending on the discretion of your trainer, you may be asked to consult with your GP and request a letter from your GP stating the type, intensity and duration of exercise that is safe for you.

Guaranteed fat loss packages

The guaranteed fat loss packages is a wonderful package for those who have stubborn fat that just doesn't seem to want to come off.

Your trainer will custom design a program for you that runs from 1 - 12 weeks and aims to achieve a minimum level of fat loss. The level of fat loss will be identified during your assessment.

The package includes nutrition monitoring, motivational support, home exercise program and unlimited exercise support between weekly sessions with your trainer so that your fat loss is long lasting and guaranteed.

If at the end of 12 weeks, your fat loss goals have not been achieved and you have followed the guidance of your trainer to the letter your money will be refunded in full.

This package is not available to those individuals who suffer a medical condition or who take medication that causes them to be overweight, as exercise, nutrition and motivational support alone will be ineffective.

Pre-wedding day makeover program

The pre-wedding day makeover program is designed by your trainer specifically for your needs and your ability level. Your trainer will assess your goals and what types of exercises are best for you to achieve your goals.

It takes a week for the program to be put together and will be delivered to you in electronic format. You will also have access to the online exercise and nutrition tools to help you achieve your goals.

3 month bridal body shaping and motivational package

This package is a three month personal training package which includes weekly sessions with your trainer.

Your trainer will take you through body sculpting and toning workout sessions that will be both fun and challenging. You will also be able to chat with your trainer between sessions about how you think you are doing and ways in which to achieve your goals.

It includes exercise monitoring and motivational support.

Home/Office functional fitness packages

These packages are put together by your trainer to achieve optimal functional fitness for you. If you constantly lean over your desk and experience upper and/or lower back pain, these exercise sessions in conjuction with your physiotherapist could be just the ticket to relieving that constant pain and getting you safely back into an active lifestyle.
