Get out the little black dress, because I'm going to tell you what I look for in a fat burning foods menu. Once you know what to look for, suddenly the reality of losing weight won't seem like a remote possibility.

Sounds good doesn't it. Do you want to know why I chose these foods. It wasn't because they magically burn fat or even that they taste good - although that is a plus, it's because they each offer particularly valuable nutrients to a nutritional program designed for fat burning and weight loss.
By themselves without exercise, these foods can't burn fat - but they do give your body the fuel and nutrients it needs to exercise, spend calories and eventually lose weight.
Weight Loss Food Choices
This is as personal as you are, eat the foods that you like - that's important, but take note of which types of foods will encourage your body to burn fat when you exercise.
There are a number reasons for choosing the example menu above.
- High water content and low energy density per gram of food. Fruit and vegetables are obvious choices because they are filling, give your body valuable vitamins and minerals and lower calories per gram of food.

- Includes some fat - believe it or not, your body needs a little each day
- Is high in water intake (no calories in water)
- Gives you plenty of energy and protein sources for some serious toning and body sculpting. (If you lose weight, especially if you lose it quickly there is an increased chance you'll be left with sagging skin - not a great look. A weights regime targeting muscle growth will ensure your body looks toned and taut.
Empowering Yourself By Choosing To Eat Widely
The truth is that eating widely within each food group and in every food group will do one of two things. It will set you free from the food nazi's (which I'll talk about later) and it will supercharge your body full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients that it needs to restore balance which in many cases is what is missing in overweight individuals.
Eating is fun, it's pleasurable. When you make your own decisions about which foods pass between your lips mean that you are truely taking control of your weight problem.
What Does The Matrix and Fat Burning Foods have in common ?
At the very basic level, the entire concept of fat burning foods implies that there's a diet secret that you missed, and that others have instinctively picked up. Many weight loss fat burning foods e-books trade on this.
