Adenosine Triphosphate - the molecule that stores and carries energy in the body's cells. It is an important compound in the making of RNA for the body. The body produces ATP from food and then the body uses ATP to produce energy in the body where ever necessary.
An essential polyunsaturated fatty acid that can't be manufactured by the body and must be included in the diet. Once ingested, the body manufactures Alpha Linolenic Acid into Omega 3 fatty acids. Normally found in plant materials such as flax seed and walnuts.
