Weight Loss Glossary FFat Burning FoodThroughout the website, I have used the term fat burning or fat burning foods or a derivative of the term. Part of the reason why the term is used throughout this website is to re-define it. I have been seeking to shift thinking on fat burning foods from a specific food or food type, to encouraging sensible eating habits that will last a lifetime (not just until the end of the dieting period).
