Outstanding. These programs are multi-dimensional programs, teaching the user about nutrition, fitness, motivation, socio-economic factors, attitudinal change, family history / genetics and emotional factors.
Excellent. This program teaches the user key elements to changing body shape and losing fat.
Above Average. The program focuses on one specific area of weight loss and helps the user to make improvements in this area.
Average. The information in these programs are of a basic nature, and could be sourced elsewhere for free.
Poor. The information or advise was not correct and would be highly ineffective.
